BABY RUTH BARS 
1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. slightly crushed corn flakes
2 c. Spanish peanuts
1 (8 oz.) Hershey candy bar

Place syrup and sugars in saucepan. Heat, but don't boil. Stir in peanut butter; mix until melted. In large bowl mix corn flakes with peanuts. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture. Mix well. Press in greased 9x13 pan. Melt Hershey bar, spread over bars. Chill. Cut before bars set.
