SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 c. flaked tuna, salmon, or crab
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. finely minced onion
Salt and paprika to taste
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped lettuce

Mix together ingredients in above order. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, drain and toss together with salad dressing to moisten. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with tomato slices, wedges of lemon or slices of hard cooked egg. Serves 4.
