COMPANY CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breasts (1/2 per person)
1 sm. jar Armour's dried beef
1 pt. sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (2 cans if more gravy desired)

Crumble dried beef and cover bottom of casserole dish. Arrange chicken over beef. (Do not add any seasoning). Combine soup and sour cream. (Do not dilute). Pour over chicken. Bake in 250 degree oven for 3-3 1/2 hours. (Do not cover). Serve with mashed potatoes.
