HONEYED JEWISH CARROTS 
3 tbsp. butter
4 c. sliced carrots
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger or coriander
4 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serves 6.
