EGG BRUNCH 
1 lb. shredded ham or 1 lb. diced chicken or 1 lb. sausage (cooked & drained)
1 loaf of bread (white)
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 lb. melted butter

Grease 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Trim approximately 16 slices white bread. Spread evenly sausage or ham or chicken over bread slices. Spread evenly shredded Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese (mix both cheeses before spreading). Cover with remaining bread. Mix 3 cups milk, 6 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard and pour over casserole carefully. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn flakes over casserole. Drizzle 1/4 lb. melted butter.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
