SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE - BRUNCH

1 lb. ground sausage
1 1/2 c. mild grated Cheddar
5 eggs
6 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Half and Half
1 tsp. dry mustard

Crumble, cook and drain sausage. Butter bread and place in 13x9 inch pan, buttered side up. Spread sausage over bread and sprinkle on shredded cheese.

Mix eggs, half and half, salt and mustard. Pour over bread and sausage. Chill overnight. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
