SAUSAGE & EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Brown & Serve sausages, cut in thirds
5 slices bread, torn in pieces
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs slightly beaten
2 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard

Place bread on bottom of buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs, mustard and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
