SAUSAGE AND EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk 4 slices bread 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. link breakfast sausage (can use frozen brown and serve) Brown sausage; drain off fat. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Break up bread, cheese, and sausage. Pour liquid over in buttered 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Great for overnight company. A delicious all-in-one, do it ahead breakfast or addition to a brunch. |
