EGG CASSEROLE FOR BRUNCH | |
Slices of sour dough bread with crust cut off 1 lb. cooked breakfast meat (sausage, ham, bacon or combo of any) 1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack) 8 eggs 3 c. milk 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Slightly beat together the eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Cover the bottom of a 9x13x2 inch baking dish with the bread. Next, layer the meat, then the cheese on top. Pour the egg mixture over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
