BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. toasted bread cubes (6 slices)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 c.)
8 eggs, slightly beaten
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Spread toasted bread cubes in bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over bread cheese mixture. Bake at 325 degrees until egg mixture is set, 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle bacon on top during last 10 minutes of baking. Serves 10.
