Bacon or sausage or ham

Cook bacon, sausage or ham and crumble. Layer toast (French toast) in bottom of a 13x9 pan. Mix eggs, milk, cheese and crumbled bacon, ham or sausage and pour over toast. Bake until firm in a 350 degree oven.
