EASY APPLE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 cans crescent rolls
8 apples
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
9 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs

Let cream cheese soften. Peel and core apples to make 6 cups. Add cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon to apples and set aside. Cream cheese, sugar and milk. Set aside. Grease and flour 16x11 pan. Unroll dough into 3 strips. Put strips in pan, press dough on bottom and 3/4 inch up sides. Pour apples on dough then cover with cheese mixture. Bake 400 degrees oven 15 minutes. Lower oven to 350 and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Slice when cool.
