GREEN RICE 
2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. green onion tops, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 lb. grated cheese (hoop)
Lawry's seasoning salt to taste
1/2 c. green parsley or parsley flakes

Cook rice and let cool. Add milk, salad oil, and chopped greens. Season with Lawry salt. Cook 1 hour at 300 or 350 degrees.
