SALMON AU GRATEN 
1 can canned salmon
1 c. med. white sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. graham cracker, crushed

WHITE SAUCE:

1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

WHITE SAUCE: Melt butter; remove from heat and add flour. Add milk while heating slowly. Stir constantly until thickened.

Flake salmon, combine with white sauce. Stir in lemon juice. Pour in 1 quart greased baking dish. Cover with graham crackers (crushed). Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
