CORN PIE 
1 c. butter (1/2 lb.)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 (1 lb.) can Bantam cream style corn
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour 8 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add chilies, corn, and cheese; mix well.

In another bowl, sift flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt together. Add the above to the corn mixture, blending well. Pour into the baking dish. Put dish in oven; reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
