MEXICAN CORN PIE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, seeded & chopped (opt.)
1 (1 lb.) can cream style golden corn
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 c. regular all purpose flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter, sugar; add eggs; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 12"x8"x2" dish. Reduce oven to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour.
