FIESTA MEXICAN PIE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. chopped tomato
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornmeal

Brown meat, drain. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add 1/2 of Cheez Whiz and all the chili powder. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add tomato.

Combine remaining cheese, eggs, flour, salt and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate, sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon on meat mixture to within 1 inch of edge of crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
