MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning mix
4 oz. chopped green chilies
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

Grease 10-inch pie plate. Spread browned beef and taco seasoning and chilies and cheese. Beat the other ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with jalapenos and cheese.
