CORN AND SAUSAGE PIE 
1 lb. link sausage
2 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cream corn
3 tsp. finely cut green pepper
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
2 beaten eggs

Brown sausage; drain, saving 1/4 cup drippings and saute green pepper and onion in it. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk, eggs and corn. Pour into a baking pan. Use homemade biscuit recipe or a prepared mix to cover the sausage and corn mixture. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.
