CORN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, except cracker crumbs; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 10x6x1 3/4 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
