GAZPACHO DOGS 
2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. cucumbers, peeled and chopped fine
2 c. green peppers, chopped fine
2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped fine
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
50 hot dogs
50 strips bacon

Chop onions, cucumbers, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine vegetables. Add garlic powder and cheese. Mix well.

Cut a slit in each hot dog lengthwise leaving ends and bottom closed to make a "boat".

Stuff with 1 1/2 ounce (approximately) of filling.

Wrap with bacon and place 1 1/2 inches apart.

Bake at 350°F until bacon is done (12 to 15 minutes) in convection oven.
