GAZPACHO 
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 beef bouillon cube
1 chopped tomato
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops red pepper sauce or pinch of cayenne pepper

Heat tomato juice, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce until near boiling. Add bouillon cube and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with sour cream or guacamole on top.
