JOANNE'S GAZPACHO 
Salad
2 c. Newman's Own Spaghetti Sauce
1 c. beef bouillon

Prepare salad or use leftover salad, consisting of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, pepper, etc. Puree salad. Pour in Newman's Spaghetti Sauce and bouillon, adding more bouillon if necessary.

Refrigerate 1 hour and garnish with chopped cucumber, scallion and tomato, if desired. Serves 4.
