GAZPACHO 
4 lg. ripe tomatoes, peeled & chopped
1 med. cucumber, peeled & chopped fine
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. tomato juice or hot spicy V-8
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated onion
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Place all ingredients in blender, leave chunky. Serve cold. Serves 6.
