GAZPACHO ANDALAZ 
Chop and place all in a large bowl:

3 lg. ripe tomatoes, peeled
1 cucumber, peeled
1 sm. onion

Add:

2-3 slices bread, crumbled
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Cumin to taste

Soak 1 hour in the refrigerator. Puree in electric blender. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, croutons.
