GAZPACHO ALA YBACCA 
1 lg. garlic clove
2 slices bread
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced pimento
2 c. ice water
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Put bread, olive oil, crushed garlic and 1/2 cup water in blender; let stand 1 hour. Add tomatoes, pimento, onions and vinegar. Blend until pureed. Chill.

Before serving, add 2 cups ice water. Garnish with diced celery, green pepper, onion, cucumber, boiled egg, and croutons.
