GARLIC CHEESE BALL 
3 (3 oz.) cream cheese blocks
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. New York sharp cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. mild cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Red pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Leave cream cheese out to soften (very soft). Mix until smooth. Add all ingredients and mix until smooth. Mold and garnish with paprika and dried parsley flakes. Freeze.
