BUTTERMILK PECAN PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. melted butter
Dash of salt
1 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. vanilla
9-inch partially baked pie crust

Beat eggs and sugar until mixed. Blend in the flour, buttermilk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Beat briefly until smooth. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven until done, approximately 30 minutes.
