BUTTERMILK COCONUT PECAN PIE 
3/4 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Melt butter. Add flour and sugar; mix well. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, pecans and coconut. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until set.
