BUTTERMILK PECAN PIE | |
1/2 c. butter 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. pecans 1 (9 inch) pie crust Cream butter and sugar. Add 1/2 cup sugar at a time. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour and salt. Add buttermilk. Sprinkle pecans into bottom of crust. Pour custard mixture over pecans. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool before serving. |
