CHOCOLATE HOT COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. hot coffee
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix and let stand. 1 1/2 c. white sugar 3 eggs 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, combine and add to first mixture; mix well. Bake in sheet pan at 350 degrees for about 33 minutes.

ICING: Melt 2 squares baking chocolate with 2 tablespoons butter. Add 7 tablespoons canned milk, 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until creamy.
