1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cook milk, butter and sugar to a rolling boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Beat until well blended. Pour on cake while hot. Frosting will be thin but will set fast.
