PAT'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 potatoes, boiled & cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8-10 green olives, halved
1 c. onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper
Bacon slices, uncooked

Combine potatoes, Velveeta, green olives and onions. Blend the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; stir into the potato mixture. Top with slices of bacon. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or until bacon is done).
