CRABBY GOODNESS CASSEROLE | |
1 (4 oz.) can Bumblebee premium select fancy lump crabmeat 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso) 1/2 bunch fresh parsley (rough chopped) 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 2 shallots, sliced 2 tbsp. crushed garlic 2 oz. black olives, chopped 3 tbsp. olive oil 6 pats of butter 2 oz. lemon juice Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 8x4-inch bread loaf pan layer the bottom in breadcrumbs (1/2 the cup). Place thawed (imitation) crab meat in bottom on top of bread crumbs. Then add the rest of the ingredients in layers, with the can of crab meat being last to go in on top. Cover with the remaining bread crumbs, butter and olive oil. Place in oven at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes. remove hot dish, garnish with lemon, and squirt about 2 ounces lemon juice over the top. Best served with rice.
