MICROWAVE POTATOES 
3 tbsp. butter
6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt

Put butter in 8x8x2 baking dish. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, or until melted. Combine rest of ingredients in small bowl. Peel and slice potatoes, coat with butter, then roll in crumb mixture and place in baking dish. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High for 10-12 minutes. Yield: about 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
