FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 can drained fruit cocktail 2 eggs 1 1/4 c. water ICING: 6 oz. shredded coconut 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 can cream Mix all of cake ingredients well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees until done. For the icing, mix coconut and sugar. Add cream until mixture is runny and boil for 1 minute. Poke holes in cake and pour icing over it. Cool, cut and serve. |
