CHICKEN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
3 lean pork chops
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Select medium thick pork chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in hot fat, using medium high heat of electric ranger. Place in baking pan. Add chicken soup which has been diluted with water. Cover pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until tender. Serves 2 or 3. (These are best when baked to fork cutting tenderness in your electric oven.)
