CHICKEN OR PORK CHOPS WITH RICE | |
1 1/2 c. Uncle Bens long grain rice 2 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream mushroom soup 4-6 chicken parts or pork chops (according to how many to be served) Place rice in pan, put chicken or pork chops in top. Sprinkle onion soup over. Spread mushrooms on soup. Pour water over entirely. Sprinkle paprika on top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered, 1/2 hour uncovered. Prebake pork chops 1/2 hour. |
