EASY CHICKEN OR PORK CHOP MEAL 
4 to 6 chicken breast halves (or 4 to 6 pork chops)
1 1/2 c. rice, white or brown (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix soups together with about 2 cans of water. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle uncooked rice over soups. Lay chicken breasts, skin side up, (or pork chops) on top. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Could add sliced onions and/or celery in soup, but add a little more water if you do. For a little more spicy taste, add a little sage to the chicken or pork chops.
