BAKED MOSTACCIOLI | |
1 lb. noodles 2 qts. red sauce 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese 1 lb. Provolone cheese 1 can mushrooms (optional) Parmesan cheese Brown beef and sausage. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Boil noodles and let cool. Mix meat and sauce. Coat bottom of 6-quart roasting pan with sauce, then layer with noodles. Put sauce on top of noodles and sprinkle cheeses on top of sauce until no more sauce can be seen. Continue layers, ending with cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes (ovens may vary). |
