MOSTACCIOLI BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 3/4 c. Mostaccioli
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Cook Mostaccioli and broccoli according to package directions. Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk and cook until thick. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg and thyme. Remove from heat, combine pasta, broccoli, and sauce well. Pour into 11 x 7 inch pan. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees.

NOTE: I sometimes add shredded carrots, mushrooms, or use a broccoli- vegetable mixture.
