MOSTACCIOLI AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 1/4 inch diagonal slices
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Mostaccioli noodles, cooked, drained
1/4 c. grated 100% Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. part skim Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage, drain. Add sauce, noodles and Parmesan cheese, mix well. Microwave on high 7-8 minutes. Stir after 4 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Microwave 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. 4 servings.

CONVENTIONAL: Prepare as above except top with Mozzarella cheese before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
