TERRY'S CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts, boiled and cut up or shredded
1 head of lettuce, cut up
1/2 pkg. of Wonton Skins (egg roll wraps), cut into strips and deep fried
3 to 6 green onions, sliced thin
2 pkgs. slivered almonds
1/2 c. (approximately) sesame seeds, baked

Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Add Wontons just before serving.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ajinomate, (msg) (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salad oil (I use olive oil)

Combine first 5 ingredients and dissolve over low heat, add oil when cool. Toss on salad just before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
