CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 to 4 chicken breasts
3 green onions
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds, lightly browned
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 heads lettuce
1 sm. can Chinese noodles

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

1. Cook chicken and chop into bite-size pieces.

2. Mix chicken, onions, almonds, poppy and sesame seeds.

3. Add noodles and top all over bed of lettuce.

4. Add dressing just before serving.

DRESSING: Combine all ingredients together and pour over chicken mixture. If chicken is too dry, you may double dressing recipe.
