CHERRY DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream or 2 c. frozen whipped topping
1 lb. 6 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 stick soft butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Crush crackers very fine. Mix with butter and press in bottom of 10" pie pan. Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipping cream until fluffy. Spoon into crust and chill at least 2 hours. Before serving, top with cherry pie filling.
