2 (1 1/2 inch) thick fresh salmon steaks Bottle of steak sauce Marinate salmon in the steak sauce for one hour in the refrigerator. Remove from marinade. Cook on charcoal or gas grill for 10 minutes on each side. Serve with baked potato and salad. | |

Will give this a try. I usually marinate salmon steaks in a bottle of Kroger "Teriyaki marinade" for a couple of hours. This marinade has pineapple juice. It is outstanding. I am always up for trying any salmon recipe that marinades to begin with. Thanks for sharing.
