AMISH PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1 (9 inch) baked shell 1 (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix 2 c. milk 1/2 c. peanut butter (crunchy is nice) 1 c. confectioners' sugar Cool Whip for topping Mix pudding and milk as directed on package. Cream sugar and peanut butter together until crumbly. Place 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of shell. Pour mixed pudding over crumbs, top with most of remaining crumbs, saving 2 tbsp. to sprinkle over top of Cool Whip. Cover second layer of crumbs with Cool Whip. |
