CHEESE BALL 
Pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding (small box)

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Mix pudding mix together with cheese. Drain pineapple. Mix into above. Form into a ball. On wax paper spread out pecans (crushed).

Roll ball over pecans until covered. Chill for several hours. Slice and put on crackers.
