CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 8 1/3 can crushed pineapple
2 c. pecans, crushed
1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Drain pineapple well, and add to cream cheese. Add one cup pecans and other ingredients. After mixing all ingredients together, let chill in refrigerator. Then take out and form in ball. Use other cup of crushed pecans to coat cheese ball.
