CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tsp. chopped onion
Dash of Tabasco

Soften cream cheese, add well drained pineapple. Mix well. Add onion, salt, Tabasco. Mix well. Refrigerate until hardened. Form into loaf or balls. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
